In this class you will flow through a gentle and slow paced sequence of Hatha yoga asana (poses) that is focused on mindfulness, breathing and experiencing the you within. I will teach you to allow your body to learn through relaxation and let go of what you need to. This will inspire the yoke of what yoga truly means - a union of body and mind, where you open to the spiritually divine.
A private session of gentle, relaxing, and mindful Zen Yoga that focuses on you.....no matter beginner or well seasoned yogi. An inner exploration of your body, mind and hopefully soul too...you are invited to sense, feel and let go from a deep cell level. Come to Zen-out with us....
Your first session will begin with a conversation on your current health condition, lifestyle and inspiration in taking up yoga to help us understand what you will need from the session.
A supportive and gentle class that is open to utter beginners as well as the more practised. Allowing energy flow, breathing and mindfulness to be the core of each moment, you will let go of any stress, tension, or worries, and just be in the present.
Dress in comfortable clothing, have a yoga mat to practice on, and some water to keep hydrated.
