I was fortunate to grow up with a mom who is an incredible cook who taught me how to bake and cook at an early age. Growing up, my mom was busy driving me and my two sisters to and from activities every night, so she enlisted our help cooking dinners.
I have had my own struggles with food allergies and irritable bowel syndrome, but I always refused to sacrifice yummy food. I have a knack for transforming everyday guilty pleasures into healthy creations. I can’t wait to you how fun it is to play in the kitchen and create delicious yet healthy meals that accommodate different allergies and eating styles. I will also teach about the health benefits of all of the ingredients we use and teach you how you can healthify your favourite recipes.
I am the author of Healthy Fresh Salad, Healthy Dairy Free Desserts and co-author of The Holistic in the City 21 Day Smoothie Guide. I have contributed to recipes to KrisCarr.com, MindBodyGreen.com and have been featured in Clean Eating Magazine.
With David S Hi, my name is David Sánchez, I am from Avila (Spain) and I want to offer you a truly different learning experience.
I have spent more than twenty years developing and providing training in Spain, US, Chile and UK.
From my experience, I have realised that adult students need extra motivation to attend courses.
Four years ago I developed Cooking Your Spanish®. Based in London, Cooking Your Spanish offers a completely different approach of learning a language through food in a kitchen environment.
And why a kitchen environment? Because the kitchen is that magic place where conversations flow, no matter the subject, meanwhile you grab a glass of wine and prepare your favourite dish. So it is the perfect place to learn.
Now, you have the opportunity to enjoy this experience without leaving your kitchen, just grab your glass of wine and let’ s learn Spanish making tapas.
You have three levels to choose from. Every level lasts six sessions and at each session you will learn a new Spanish topic based on conversation and how to prepare a Spanish tapa. No grammar, no homework, no hassle, just a flavourful learning.
My credentials:
Master degree in Chemistry by Salamanca University
Product Manager of SpanisPro (Spanish language for professionals) in partnership with San Augustin College (Chicago) and Instituto Cervantes
Cooking and Science certified by Harvard University
Languages: Spanish, English
With Julia Hi I'm Julia and I'm a wine and spirit expert. I've been working in various roles in the wine trade for many years, and now spend my days (and nights) teaching people of all skill levels about the wonder of wine!
As well as practical experience I have also achieved the WSET (Wine and Spirit Education Trust) Level 4 Diploma, with a scholorship award, which gives me a breadth of knowledge on wines and spirits from around the world. I now teach up to Level 3 to people, as well as train many hospitality staff in the key areas of knowledge needed.
I am passionate about wine, spirits and food, and am continually expanding my experience of all of these things!
I look forward to helping with any enquiries you may have.

With Kyle W I'm a Tea Specialist and love sharing my knowledge and passion for tea with people. My goal is to help more people drink better tea and discover and appreciate this wonderful beverage more fully.
I've studied the Japanese Tea Ceremony, both on the ground in Japan as well as from an academic perspective. Over the past 6 years I've blogged about tea, set up an online tea emporium from scratch and run a speciality tea brand. I've recently been appointed as Tea Master in charge for a new start up tea brand in Malaysia. Working online, internationally is my game. Over the past 3 years I've run a variety of popular, sell-out tea events in London. Introducing tea and teaching people about the different types of tea, how to brew it and ways of pairing with or using it in food. I've been featured in The Daily Telegraph with a tea recipe and was invited to Sofia last year to present on tea as part of 'Sofia London Week', appearing on national TV whilst there. But above all, I get a real kick out of sharing my love of tea with people. I love that moment when someone tastes a good, properly made tea and is instantly transported to a taste place of wonder.
