Rosemarie is a long time Yogi who has been practicing yoga for approximately 20 years & teaching for around 15. She was first introduced to yoga through her day job in the early 90’s and has been a little bit obsessed ever since! S he spent the end of 1999 in India where she saw in the 'New Millennium' attending teacher training at the Sivananda Vedanta Centre in Kerala. On returning to the UK, she undertook further yoga Teacher Training with the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY 500 hrs) - some 2.5 years study. After a long break Rosemarie has come back to teaching with a renewed vigour & passion, particularly for Vinyasa Flow yoga. She currently teaches for the on-line Yoga company Yogaia as well as teaching in gyms + private & corporate classes in and around Central London.
