Emilie is a yoga and dance teacher, performer and doula. YOGA Emilie first came to yoga class when she was pregnant with her 1st child over 10 years ago. Enjoying the sense of connection and community she found in those classes with Dominique Kerr, she went on to train with her to teach Relaxed Birth and Parenting yoga classes and work as a doula. Emilie went on to train with Nadia Narain as a pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher, completed her 200 hour teacher training and explored working sensitively with emotions, embodiment and trauma in her CPD courses. HOOP Emilie has been playing with hoop dance since 2009 when she saw Grace Jones hoop, realised life was missing something circular and learnt to hoop. Since then she’s performed in large choreographed acts as well as solo and smaller group shows across the UK, and was in the final 10 of Hooping Idol 2014. She’s taught over 1,000 people to hoop at classes, festivals and workshops including pensioners, policemen, toddlers and bankers. Interested in hooping as a release and a challenge; a tool for creativity and health.

Dielle Ciesco is an internationally known author, artist and healer who blends her experiences in vocal toning, sacred sound, meditation, Toltec and Bon shamanism, multidimensional music, Reiki Tummo, coaching, and teaching to assist clients in discovering a deeper connection to their inner truth and wisdom. In addition to teaching various traditional styles of meditation, she specializes in expressive core voicework and mirror meditation. I had a burning desire to be a vet, but somehow that didn’t work out. Instead I qualified as a science teacher and then as a yoga teacher and therapist. In 1984 I worked with world-renowned yoga teacher and guru B.K.S Iyengar, qualifying as an Iyengar yoga teacher in 1985. First and foremost I'm a biologist. I taught taught science and health education to A’ Level for 21 years then worked as a health education specialist for the National Healthy Schools Award and then retrained in Law and became legal consultant/project manager. Later I lectured at universities on science, health and law. I've taught many different types of yoga over the course of 31 years running YogaWellbeing. Currently I deliver workshops for children, adults and people with special needs. I'm a professionally qualified yoga therapist having had a Professional Yoga Therapist qualification since 2012. I recently trained and qualified with the Institute of Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs. I still adore animals.
